Our Story

After graduating from high school, our paths diverged—some pursued positions on the city council, others found their calling in ministry, while some joined the Armed Forces or entered the field of education, relocating to distant cities. Nevertheless, a common thread of connection persisted: a shared commitment to giving back to the community that nurtured them during their youth.

In August 2024, they returned—not as visitors, but as a unified force. They organized a Youth Empowerment Event in the heart of Glennville, GA, transforming the City Auditorium into a vibrant resource hub.

Students were awarded scholarships, received free haircuts, and collected essential school supplies. Local food vendors filled the parking lot, while children enjoyed a variety of games and activities throughout the day. This event was not merely a homecoming; it marked a significant first step in our vision, which extends beyond the limits of Glennville. We aspire to build bridges between surrounding counties, fostering unity and empowerment among both youth and business owners, ultimately aiming to inspire a ripple effect that encourages similar initiatives worldwide.

The Dream Up Foundation envisions a future where all youth, regardless of their background, are supported by a united network of individuals who serve as mentors and role models within the community. Together, we will inspire, guide, and provide resources to the next generation as they pursue and achieve their dreams and aspirations.

Additionally, we are committed to creating a space for networking and collaboration that not only supports youth development but also empowers entrepreneurs and local businesses.
